Gallus Immunotech uses affinity purified Chicken anti-Human IgG (H+L) coupled to agarose. Chickens are immunized with purified Human IgG. Antibodies are isolated from immune eggs, affinity purified on a human IgG column and conjugated to N- hydroxysuccinimide (NHS)-activated agarose beads.
